10382 Beau Jardin Dr, Unincorporated, MO 63146

Property Description

** Available for showings starting 4/16 ** Darling townhouse in LADUE school district has been agent-owned and loved for 4 years. It has been the perfect space for a family of 3 during a time of transition; selling in order to move equity elsewhere. This is not only a great home but would also be wonderful as an investment property for anyone desiring rental income. Favorite perks of Beau Jardin include proximity to school (Spoede Elementary), walk-ability to AMC theater & Freddy's and the grocery store being a 3-minute drive. During ownership, considerable time and resources were spent improving the backyard patio / fenced courtyard area, shaping it into a delightful retreat. Other improvements, less than 4 years old, include new basement window wells, new basement windows, vapor barrier & sump pump with back-up system, new water heater, HVAC, A/C condenser, recessed lighting and refrigerator. This town house has 3 bedrooms, all with very sizeable closets, located on 2nd floor. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 main level / 1 second story). The finished lower level is light & bright with tall ceilings. It is a versatile space for hanging out, working out or getting crafty! Two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the town home. Property being conveyed "as-is".
